Submissions to be done online through the following link:
http://www.nadir-network.eu/CallForAccess

Before the submission of an application, applicants are strongly advised to contact their preferred partner facility to discuss the project design and costs for the proposed project. This prior contact should be indicated in the proposal form. However, projects that do not identify a preferred partner facility are also acceptable.

Proposals submission will be a two-step application procedure:

  • Firstly, a pre-proposal of one page (max) will be submitted in order to verify the project fulfil the minimum conditions to be retained for evaluation.
  • If so, the applicants will be invited to complete the whole application folder (this invitation does not imply that the proposal has been accepted for funding). Applications will be then evaluated by the panel of experts.

This call will remain open for the duration of the NADIR project, or until Transnational Access funds are exhausted. The terms of reference and eligible topics may change depending on the uptake of Transnational access, the topic of the projects selected and the availability of capacity within the individual facilities.

There is no closing date for this call. Projects submitted will be considered at the next meeting of the Trans-national access steering committee. Evaluations will be done whenever necessary according to proposals arrival.
Projects selected by the committee will be notified within 30 days of the committee meeting and will enter a negotiation phase in which the project design and costs will be agreed. The project will be subjected to an ethical review.
