Any applications found to be in breach of the EC rules will be removed. The proposal must be complete and in compliance with the guidelines stipulated in the NADIR Application Form and the Annex III to the Grant Agreement . Scientific evaluation:Eligible proposals will be reviewed by a User Selection Panel (USP). The USP consisting of at least 50% of external experts will meet every 2 month (see timelines below). Final decisionThe final decision will be made by the NADIR Executive committee based on the decision of the USP and the agreement of the host platform (and the European Commission when necessary). Users will be informed of the final decision by email by the management team.
